The work you do when you join ABB is entirely dependent on the needs of our business. We are very flexible and open but we expect everyone to make their contribution where it benefits our company and our customers most.
Contributing right from the outset
You will be working on specific projects or filling a defined role very soon after you join us. You will, of course, receive the training and induction you need but, at the same time, you will be getting to grips with the kind of work that makes ABB tick. You will have a wonderful opportunity both to learn and to participate.
Depending on where you start in the company you may well find yourself working on product development or customer projects at different times. You will be able to experience different activities, anything from marketing and business development to on-site testing, commissioning or project management. You will enjoy a range of stimulating challenges but always be fully supported by experienced colleagues.
